Ron Martinelli, a former San Jose PD officer, investigator and Criminal Justice Training Center director, founded the firm in 1980. Martinelli & Associates Justice and Forensic Consultants, Inc. develops and produces customized, mission specific, beginning to advanced officer training for police, sheriffs, corrections, parole, elite military units and other criminal justice agencies in CA and other states across the nation. Since our founding in 1980, we have provided training and consulting services to over 50,000 peace officers, criminal justice and military personnel representing nearly 300 agencies municipal, state, federal and offshore agencies.
