STREET SAFE Level I introduces you to the principles of real hand-to-hand (H2H) combat. Our unique teaching style allows you to practice your fighting skills against heavily padded instructor "assailants" in various assault scenarios. You will put to use these simple yet powerful defense techniques under the watchful eyes of your master instructors.

Topics covered include:
• Threat assessment and keys to suspect and predator avoidance
• Principles of H2H combat and simple fighting skills
• Defenses against standing assaults from all angles, including chokes, bear-hugs, hair-pulls and head-locks

Cost: $100 per week
Discounts: When booked in advance, municipal employees and their family members receive a $25 discount per student for each week of instruction. Students wishing for continuous ongoing training will have a special discounted monthly rate.
Participants must be 16 or older.  Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Athletic shoes are required. Please no boots, heels or jewelry.
